Leanne Edwards has extensive senior management experience in reputation and communications strategy, marketing, corporate affairs and business strategy. 

 With senior executive experience in strategic brand, marketing and communications at organisations including Committee for Melbourne, Master Builders Victoria and Coles Supermarkets, she has developed and run large public-facing communications and advocacy campaigns. Leanne has also worked as a corporate lawyer and in management consulting, which positions her well to understand the drivers of organisational excellence and growth. 

Leanne has a proven ability lead the development and implementation of large strategic projects within complex environments, to create successful communications and advocacy strategies. Her experience has included local government advisory and spans a wide range of sectors, including ESG, building and construction, FMCG, infrastructure and energy. She excels at transforming complex issues into clear, persuasive messages tailored to diverse audiences such as government, community, media, consumers and business. From working with internal teams to external stakeholders, she bridges the gap between technical details and compelling narratives, driving both action and business development. 

 In addition to her Bachelor of Laws (LLB) (Hons) and Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Melbourne she also holds a Master of Business Administration from Melbourne Business School, specialising in marketing and business strategy. 

Leanne likes to travel and completed an exchange to Stern Business School (NYU, USA), a strategy consulting project in Shanghai as part of her MBA and completed a semester of her undergraduate degree in Ireland at University College Dublin.
