The Reputation Agency and all its products and services operate in Australia. In addition to this Privacy Policy, we are bound by the Australian legal framework for privacy and data collection.

We will not charge any fee for your Access Request but may charge an administrative fee for providing a copy of your information.
Before we can comply with an Access Request, we may need to verify the identity of the person making the request to ensure we do not provide unauthorised access. Once we have verified the requester's identity, we will, subject to this Privacy Policy, comply with the Access Request.
10.2 Correction
